Q6) Is it possible to predict how intense a retrace experience will be?

Often I can use muscle testing to ask your body wisdom what we can expect in terms of your reaction to a remedy, but not always. If I do discern through muscle testing that your body wisdom is predicting an intense reaction, I'll do my best to select the optimal potency and dosage and to support your process by making additional recommendations as needed (see What tools do you recommend to support the retrace process).

In general, the intensity of your retrace experience will depend on your body wisdoms' assessment of what's optimal for you at this point in your healing process and what you can handle while still maintaining some degree of homeostasis.
